Marcee Klixbull, LCSW
Marcee earned her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh in 2000. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of PA and a life-long resident of Western Pennsylvania. Marcee has nearly 20 years of experience working with individuals and families of all ages and stages who are struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship conflict, life transitions, parenting support and family concerns. Marcee has an uncommon appreciation for the challenges we face and is committed to expanding access to mental health services for the children, adolescents, and adults in the community who are struggling to cope. Over the course of her career, Marcee has employed a wide range of treatment strategies to serve the needs of each client. She has advanced training in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Abuse Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (AFCBT). Additionally, Marcee has been certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) since 2014 and hopes to develop the specialized treatment space needed to provide PCIT to families in the near future.
